Commission Rates Commission rates are always negotiable. Most popular among our recent Seller's is 3.5% with full advertising. If an agent from Cornerstone Realty sells your home the commission rate is 2% total commission. If commission is split with another real estate company, the rate is 3.5% (1.5% to Cornerstone Realty and 2% to the company who has the Buyer)
